All partners of our law firm are admitted as German Patent Attorneys and as European Patent, Trademark and Design Attorneys. We have admissions for the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO), the European Patent Office (EPO), the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (European Trademarks and European Designs, OHIM), the International Bureau (International Patent, Trademark and Design Applications, WIPO), the Federal Patent Court (BPatG) and in nullity cases also for the Federal Court of Justice (BGH).
