The law firm Schaefer • Emmel • Hausfeld was founded in Hamburg by Patent Attorney Heinrich Schaefer in 1957. From the start until today we are exclusively devoted to protect the Intellectual Property of our clients. We have know how and special experience in all fields of Intellectual Property - patents, utility models, trademarks, designs and the German Employees Invention Law. We act in front of different courts and offices, national and international. And we have experience in negotiating complex agreements relating to IP.
